Service Advisor - Independent Dealership
Uttoxeter | 27,500 - 35,000 + Bonus
My client, a respected independent dealership, is seeking a Service Advisor to join their busy Service Department.
The Role:
Be the main point of contact for customers, ensuring a seamless experience
Schedule & manage repairs, liaising with technicians & parts teams
Provide accurate estimates & process invoices/warranty claims
Upsell services & products where possible
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
What You Need:
Experience in a similar Service Advisor role
Strong customer service & organisational skills
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Full UK driving licence
