Requirements
- Proven experience in customer service preferably in an automotive environment.
- Strong upselling skills with a focus on meeting customer needs.
- Basic mechanical knowledge to understand vehicle issues and communicate effectively with customers.
- Proficient cash handling skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fastpaced environment.
- A proactive approach to problemsolving and customer satisfaction.
Duties
- Greet customers warmly and assess their service needs.
- Provide detailed explanations of services and repairs required for vehicles.
- Upsell additional services and products based on customer needs and vehicle condition.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service history.
- Liaise with technicians to ensure timely completion of services.
- Follow up with customers postservice to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
