Resilience Operational Centre Consultant

Resilience Operation Centres (ROC) provide 2nd line of defense (2LoD) oversight and assistance to 1st line of defense (1LoD) to establish their technology and operational resilience to meet our Resilience policy and standards through advice monitoring training and testing (disaster recovery and business continuity).

This ROC Consultant role will provide support across any one of the key areas of Resilience (Technology Resilience/Recovery Operational Resilience). In this role you will also be expected to provide admin support for Crisis Management incidents following the Global Crisis Management Framework.

You will report to the Resilience Operational Centre Senior Manager.

What you will do:

• Help to embed industry standard resilience disciplines and practices (tech cyber operations).
• Develop MI and reporting to support the embedding of Critical Business Services to drive appropriate management action to optimize service recovery and restoration capability.
• Support the training and exercising of Gold and Silver Crisis Management teams.
• Support key resilience activities such as:
  • Plan creation / reviews (Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery);
  • Exercise Business Continuity/Tech Recovery/Backups restoration/Crisis Events;
  • 1LoD consultancy;
  • Client / Regulatory Audits;
  • Merger & Acquisition (M&A) activity;

Qualifications :

What youll need to bring:

• 2 years of relevant experience;
• Awareness and strong knowledge of Resilience disciplines (Business Operational Cyber and Tech);
• Strong stakeholder engagement;
• Ability to provide clear and concise communications to a variety of stakeholders;
• MI and reporting experience essential;
