Job Description
Location – Hyderabad ONLY
Fitment Con/ S Con
Notice Period : Immediate to under 30 days would be preferred.
Working hours – 2 to 10.30PM 3 days WFO is compulsory.

• Gathering analyzing documenting and translating business requirements into system requirements that can be used to design and implement solutions to meet the business objectives
• Understanding the business requirements/processes and the interdependencies of various systems in use
• Facilitating interactive discussions with the business and technology teams to achieve solutions
• Documenting business process flow and creating data mapping documents
• Identifying and communicating risks issues and potential solution strategies along with providing status updates to PMs and leaders
• Collaborating with architects to ensure alignment of requirements with system capabilities
• Analyzing service response through REST or Postman
• Creating stories and adding acceptance criteria in JIRA
• Assisting developers and testers for any clarification and tracking the stories to closure
• At least 5 years of business system analyst experience across various projects.
• Domain Experience in Trading (i.e. Equities Mutual Funds ETFs REITS etc.) Wealth Management (Managed Products) and Retirement Solutions (i.e. Annuities Insurance products)
• Strong background in requirements elicitation business process mapping
• Experience on webbased applications
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in articulating the requirements solutions with larger audience proposing recommendations and discussing issues
• Excellent technical analytical and problemsolving skills with strong attention to detail
• Selfstarter to understand and deliver with minimal oversight.
• Ability to handle changing priorities manage multiple tasks and work with within tight timelines
• Familiarity with agile methodologies JIRA Visio Excel and API testing through REST or Postman
Knowledge of RESTful webservices with hands on experience in configuring/testing them through POSTMAN/SOAP UI/Advanced Rest Client.
