We’re partnering with one of the leading brands in the retail industry to find a dynamic and motivated Store Manager who will be at the forefront of driving store operations leading a team and achieving business goals.
Your Role:
- Manage and motivate a team of 12/15 people to deliver outstanding customer service and achieve sales targets.
- Oversee daytoday store operations ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
- Drive store performance by managing stock budgeting and maximizing sales opportunities.
- Hire train and mentor staff to build a cohesive and highperforming team.
- Ensure every customer has a fantastic shopping experience from the first hello to the last goodbye.
- Ensure all operational procedures are followed and the store maintains a safe and welcoming environment for both customers and staff.
Your Profile:
- A proven track record in retail management and leading teams to success.
- You’re able to inspire motivate and manage effectively while providing clear direction.
- You understand how to manage store operations control costs and achieve KPIs.
- You have a genuine interest in the latest trends and delivering exceptional customer service.
- You’re proactive and ready to take initiative in overcoming challenges.
- Fluency in Swiss German and English is a must (additional languages are a plus!).
