KPMGs Transaction Services team supports premier clients across a range of industries with strategic and financial due diligence to help clients assess plan evaluate and manage acquisitions mergers divestments and equity offerings and beyond.
Your Opportunity Associate Director or Manager (Melbourne Sydney and Brisbane)
This role is ideal for individuals with diverse experiences from external audit CFO advisory accounting advisory corporate advisory professional service firms or accounting/commercial teams within operational businesses.
We are open to talent from the above sectors and those from Transaction Services teams who are interested in the world of Transaction Services to apply. Talent that makes the move successfully combine technical financial expertise strategic insight and leadership capabilities to drive value for clients through complex transactions.

Our Transaction Services team is growing nationally and in this role you will play a crucial part in guiding clients through and executing complex transactions and influencing critical business decisions while guiding a diverse team. You will support our team and clients to identify value creation opportunities and provide actionable insights on optimising value during transactions as well as:
Our team collaborates closely with colleagues across Deal Advisory & Infrastructure as well as other Advisory teams Tax and Audit; it is a multidisciplinary and international environment that sits right at the heart of our one KPMG ethos.
