Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and detailoriented Payroll Test Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and executing test strategies to ensure the accurate and efficient processing of payroll systems. You will work closely with payroll HR and IT teams to validate system configurations integrations and data accuracy.We are seeking a highly skilled and detailoriented Payroll Test Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and executing test strategies to ensure the accurate and efficient processing of payroll systems. You will work closely with payroll HR and IT teams to validate system configurations integrations and data accuracy.
As a Payroll Test Analyst you will develop and execute comprehensive test scenarios test cases and test scripts for payroll systems and related applications. Perform functional regression and endtoend testing to ensure accurate payroll processes system calculations and seamless integrations. Identify report and manage defects through to resolution. Collaborate closely with payroll and HR teams to validate payroll configurations and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Maintain data integrity and accuracy across payroll processes and systems. Document test results and provide detailed reports on testing activities and outcomes. Additionally support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and assist stakeholders in validating payroll changes to ensure smooth system implementation and functionality.
Qualifications :
- Proven experience in payroll system testing preferably with ERP or HRIS platforms.
- Strong understanding of payroll processes.
- Proficiency in test management tools and defect tracking systems.
- Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience implementing systems for multiple EBAs/Modern Awards including those involving shift work and overtime payments
