Job Description
About the role
This role involves guiding primary and middle school students in applying to top UK independent schools by planning application journeys advising on school selection and providing assessment training. It also includes initial tutoring and mentoring while building relationships with clients and schools.
Responsibilities
- Develop tailored study and application plans for students aiming to enter top UK independent schools
- Assess students academic and personal suitability for UK education guiding them through personal statements and portfolios
- Provide tutoring in English mathematics and other subjects during the initial phase
- Motivate students to stay on track with their goals and maintain regular communication with parents on progress
- Build strong relationships with UK school admissions teams to facilitate applications and track student progress
- Represent the organization at key events and contribute to marketing activities including creating content and sharing success stories
Qualifications :
- Strong knowledge of the UK education system
- Tutoring experience and effective communication skills with children
- Strong interpersonal abilities and a proactive approach to problemsolving
- Willingness to work evenings and weekends as needed
- Fluency in Chinese preferred but not mandatory
Additional Information :
Salary and benefits
- Annual salary is up to 400000 RMB
- Up to RMB 10000 air ticket reimbursement after the first service year
- 10 days of annual leave plus 11 public holidays
