As a Lead Technician youll:
- Provide expertlevel diagnostics major repairs and complex overhauls on our cuttingedge fleet of tractors trailers and diesel engines
- Strategically manage workflow delegating tasks and ensuring productivity goals are met
- Mentor and develop a skilled team of technicians fostering their professional growth
- Collaborate with parts specialists and management to streamline operations
- Uphold strict adherence to DOT regulations safety protocols and quality standards
In addition to your technical expertise youll demonstrate strong leadership by inspiring your team with a dedication to innovation and enhancing processes.
