Were looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) to drive lead generation and AIpowered sales at VidLab7. Youll identify and engage potential customers optimize outreach strategies and collaborate with sales and marketing to fuel growth. This isnt just another role we need driven professionals ready to shape the future of AIpowered B2B sales.

Tasks

Lead Generation & Prospecting

  • Research identify and engage potential customers for VidLab7s AIdriven sales and marketing solutions.
  • Utilize LinkedIn outbound email and cold calling to book highquality sales meetings.
  • Develop an understanding of ideal customer profiles (ICP) to create targeted outreach strategies.

Outreach & Engagement

  • Serve as the first point of contact for prospective clients positioning VidLab7s value proposition.
  • Build relationships with marketing sales and digital transformation leaders.
  • Use personalized AIdriven messaging and videos to capture attention and drive conversions.

Lead Qualification & Pipeline Management

  • Apply frameworks to qualify inbound and outbound leads.
  • Maintain and update CRM data to track sales interactions lead status and deal progression.
  • Work closely with Account Executives to hand off qualified leads and optimize conversion rates.

Sales & Marketing Collaboration

  • Partner with marketing teams to refine messaging and content for enterprise buyers.
  • Provide feedback on lead quality market insights and customer pain points to improve outreach.
  • Work with the VidLab7 AI Avatar team to enhance automated outbound strategies.

Performance & Growth

  • Meet and exceed monthly targets for booked meetings and pipeline growth.
  • Continuously learn and adapt to industry trends AI advancements and VidLab7s evolving product.
  • Be part of a dynamic team collaborating with leadership to shape the future of AIpowered sales.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in B2B SaaS sales or business development ideally within a fastgrowing startup environment.
  • Ability to identify engage and qualify leads using outbound channels like LinkedIn email and cold calling.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS sales cycles key metrics and pipeline management.
  • Experience with CRM tools to track sales interactions and optimize lead handoff.
  • Excellent communication and relationshipbuilding skills with the ability to engage enterprise clients.
  • Datadriven mindset leveraging KPIs and feedback to refine outreach strategies.
  • Fluent in English and German is a must.
