Job Description
Occupli are delighted to exclusively partner with leading Pharmaceutical manufacturing company.
Occupli are hiring a General Operative (6month contract)
Location: Ringaskiddy
Perform all duties in compliance with Safety Environmental and Quality requirements.
HOUSEKEEPING
- Responsible for the housekeeping of warehouses tank farm utilities outdoor areas.
- Support Production teams in the housekeeping of the Production building PRODUCTION
- Carry out daily checks of the Cleanrooms system Manage daily operation of the Purified Water system
- Liaise with Production to organise sampling of raw materials and to ensure their availability for the Production processes
TANK FARM
- Responsible for the loading and unloading of solvents road tankers
- Liaise with Quality Control team for the periodic sampling of solvents bulk tanks.
- Liaise with Production Scheduler for managing solvents levels.
WAREHOUSE
- Operate the forklift on a daily basis
- Responsible for the receiving deliveries of raw materials to site
- Support the preparation of shipments of Finished Product.
- Assist Quality Control team in sampling raw materials
- Assist Procurement and Finance teams during periodic stock take BACKUP ROLE.
- Support the management of the GMP consumable with Procurement Support Environmental operations as necessar
Key Requirements: As extensive training is provided this is an ideal opportunity for a person to enter this Pharmaceutical sector. Ability to work in a dynamic and multidisciplinary environment. Self-motivated with demonstrated project management skills. Excellent communication skills. Ideally previous experience in Operational Pharmaceutical or Food Manufacturing.
Education
Working knowledge of a regulated industry
