Key Responsibilities

Harness the power of your expertise and our training to play a pivotal role in our security operations:

• Oversee user administration and operations for security monitoring systems.
• Respond to and manage eventtriggered alarms using Standard Operating Procedures.
• Conduct proactive surveillance evaluate security concerns and ensure effective response measures.
• Operate helpdesk functionalities by managing calls or communication through our softphone system.
• Collaborate with regional security service providers to address and resolve maintenance concerns promptly.
• Interact professionally with internal stakeholders emergency services and global client representatives to ensure seamless operations.

What Youll Bring

• A customerfocused approach combined with the ability to uphold security protocols.
• Availability to work in a 24/7/365 rotating shift schedule including day and night shifts.
• Proficiency with computer systems software tools and strict attention to detail in task execution.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
• Resilience and decisionmaking capability ensuring accurate and timely responses to security concerns.
• Experience in liaising with emergency services and handling nonstandard situations effectively.
• A collaborative mindset excelling both autonomously and as part of a team.
