Position Highlights & Compensation:
- Hours: Flexible between 8:00 am 6:00 pm (Weekdays).
- Occasional Saturday coverage as needed when census is high or when another OT is off.
- Hourly range: $34.00 $45.00 per hour (depending on experience) plus shift differentials.
- Full benefits package including a $20K signon bonus.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree or higher in Science in Allied Health Professions in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
- Current license as an Occupational Therapist in the State of Ohio.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate patients interpret findings and develop appropriate care plans to maximize functional outcomes.
- Primarily focus on pediatric patients with crosstraining in acute & swing inpatient care.
- The role also offers the opportunity to learn outpatient adult care.
- Collaborate with the rehab team to ensure the best care for all patients.
