Position: Inside Sales Representative

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Proactively reach out to potential customers through various communication channels including email phone calls and social media.
- Research and qualify leads to build a strong pipeline of sales prospects.
- Drive business growth by effectively presenting product offerings and closing sales.
- Manage a pipeline of opportunities ensuring timely followups and accurate tracking of sales progress.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to optimize lead conversion and revenue growth.
- Identify upselling opportunities to enhance product adoption within existing accounts.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships acting as a trusted advisor.
- Promote products and services to generate interest and raise awareness among potential clients.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Native/fluent in Spanish and English (C1) with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication.
- At least 12 months of experience in outbound sales preferably in technology or servicerelated industries.
- Prior experience in the software technology or services sector is a plus.
- Strong skills in prospecting lead discovery and delivering presentations.
- Solutionsfocused with a commitment to providing excellent customer experiences.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively and meet sales targets.
- Techsavvy with an interest in innovative solutions.
- Independent adaptable and able to succeed in a fastpaced environment.
- Strong ability to communicate technical and business value propositions clearly through phone and email.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills including strong presentation abilities.
