Your Tasks
- Support our recruiting team in finding the best talents for a variety of roles
- Active sourcing of candidates via LinkedIn to ensure a regular flow of candidates
- As an organisational talent you will also be responsible for the invitation management of our applicants
- You will work with the team to develop innovative recruiting concepts
Your Skills
- You are currently pursuing a bachelor or master with a business social sciences or humanities focus.
- Initial professional experience in HR management is a plus but not a musthave requirement.
- Your sense of responsibility characterises you just as much as reliability and self initiative.
- You are serviceorientated flexible and a real team player.
- Your profile is rounded off by your sense of humour.
- You are fluent in both German and English.
