Are you looking to gain practical HR experience during your studies and help shape innovative recruiting concepts Then youve come to the right place!
As a working student you will be part of our Talent Acquisition team and actively support the search for the best talent take on organisational tasks in the application process and contribute to the further development of our recruiting strategies.
You can look forward to exciting tasks an international team and the chance to make a positive difference through your work.
Your Tasks
- Support our recruiting team in finding the best talents for a variety of roles
- Active sourcing of candidates via LinkedIn to ensure a regular flow of candidates
- As an organisational talent you will also be responsible for the invitation management of our applicants
- You will work with the team to develop innovative recruiting concepts
Your Skills
- You are currently pursuing a bachelor or master with a business social sciences or humanities focus.
- Initial professional experience in HR management is a plus but not a musthave requirement.
- Your sense of responsibility characterises you just as much as reliability and self initiative.
- You are serviceorientated flexible and a real team player.
- Your profile is rounded off by your sense of humour.
- You are fluent in both German and English.
