Tasks

As a Graphic Design Working Student at CONROO youll play a crucial role in shaping our product brand and marketing materials while gaining handson experience in a fastpaced startup environment. Youll collaborate closely with our CoFounder & CEO Felix and Product Owner Tobias as well as our marketing and development teams to bring ideas to life.

• UI/UX Design: Create visually appealing & userfriendly interfaces & components for our web and mobile applications ensuring a seamless and engaging experience.
• Prototyping & Testing: Develop interactive prototypes and refine them based on user feedback and usability testing.
• Pitch Decks & Presentations: Design compelling pitch decks that communicate our product vision value proposition and key messages with clarity and impact.
• Marketing & Branding: Build graphics for social media ads landing pages and other marketing materials to strengthen our brand identity.
• Design Consistency: Ensure a cohesive visual identity across all platforms including mobile app webapp presentations LinkedIn and website while prioritizing accessibility and reinforcing a strong unified brand presence.

Requirements

Essential skills and experiences:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelors or Masters degree in graphic design or a related field with aboveaverage academic results
• Nativelevel proficiency in German is required with fluent English proficiency to ensure effective communication
• Proficiency in Canva and Figma or other related tools such as Adobe Illustrator / Adobe Cloud
• Exceptional time management prioritisation and multitasking abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in PowerPoint and/or Google Slides
