Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and experienced  Ads Sales Manager to join our Ads team in Berlin Germany. This role focuses on managing the entire sales process for Small and Medium Businesses (SMB) clients helping them leverage Wolt Ads to achieve their business goals. You will play a key role in driving growth by building strong relationships and delivering tailored advertising solutions.

You will:

Drive Business Growth:

  • Develop and execute winning sales strategies to drive revenue growth for our merchant ads business.  
  • Own the full sales cycle including lead generation proposal creation and deal closure.  
  • Negotiate and close advertising deals that maximize merchant growth revenue product adoption and customer engagement.  
  • Analyze sales performance metrics and provide regular updates to leadership on ROI and key trends.  

Build and Manage Relationships:

  • Build and nurture relationships with local SMB merchants.  
  • Deliver highquality sales presentations and manage objections effectively.  
  • Provide ongoing support including technical training on the Wolt Ads platform and aftersales service.  

Optimize Sales Processes:

  • Manage a dynamic sales pipeline ensuring timely followups and nurturing longterm client relationships.  
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams (local Account Management & Sales teams global Ads team marketing) to achieve shared goals. 

 

 


Qualifications :

  • Fluency in German and English.   
  • 3 years of experience in sales / account management ideally in advertising sales restaurants or retail.
  • Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets and driving client acquisition.    
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence    
  • Excellent negotiation skills focused on achieving winwin outcomes.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to inform decisions.    
  • Proficient in CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce) and basic sales reporting.
  • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment managing multiple projects with strong attention to detail.

Bonus Points:

  • Previous experience working with SMBs clients.    
  • Knowledge and handson experience with analytics tools (e.g. Looker).    
  • Experience within the restaurant or retail industry.
