Key Responsibilities:
Take responsibility for providing credit assistance and ensure clients best interests are always prioritized.
Adhere to all relevant regulations including ASIC NCCP and Best Interests Duty.
Collaborate with key internal stakeholders to drive business outcomes and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Manage a range of wedding loan files from simple to complex.
Maintain strong client relationships by providing regular updates and support throughout the loan process.
Promote Wedded Wonderland s loan options and services to ensure the best outcomes for clients.
Proactively manage your sales pipeline to ensure high conversion rates and fast turnaround times.
Strive to exceed monthly settlement targets and deliver exceptional sales results.
Initiate sales calls and client meetings building strong relationships.
Stay up to date on lender policies and procedures to ensure successful loan applications.
Verify applications reviewing documents to ensure compliance and highquality submissions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key lenders and financial partners.
Requirements
About You:
Minimum two years of experience in the financial services or banking industry.
Proven track record of achieving strong sales outcomes and fostering longterm client relationships.
Strong understanding of the Australian housing market banking industry regulations and financial analysis.
Indepth knowledge of bank policies compliance and risk management.
Passionate about helping clients and driven to achieve exceptional results.
Analytical thinker with the ability to create and implement strategies based on data.
Consistently meets or exceeds performance metrics.
Clientfocused and solutionoriented always striving to deliver the best outcomes.
Selfmotivated with a desire to continuously improve and exceed expectations.

Qualifications & Skills: Proven experience in a customer service or client-facing role, preferably in the wedding industry. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. Passion for weddings and a genuine desire to help couples create their dream day. A strong network of wedding industry contacts is a plus. Previous experience as a wedding planner, designer or similar is desired
