We are currently seeking a highly skilled Project Scheduler to join our team in Barcelona Spain. As a Project Scheduler you will be responsible for creating and maintaining project schedules for our clients pharmaceutical projects. You will work closely with project managers engineers and other team members to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain project schedules using scheduling software (e.g. Microsoft Project) Collaborate with project managers to identify project milestones deliverables and dependencies Monitor project progress and identify potential delays or issues Communicate project schedule updates to project team members and stakeholders Develop contingency plans to mitigate schedule risks Provide regular reports on project schedule status to project managers and clients Participate in project meetings to provide scheduling expertise and advice Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices for project scheduling Train and mentor junior project schedulers as needed Qualifications: Bachelors degree in engineering project management or a related field Minimum of 35 years of experience in project scheduling preferably in the pharmaceutical industry Experience with scheduling software such as Microsoft Project or Primavera P6 Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and in a team environment Strong analytical and problemsolving skills Fluency in English and Spanish is required We offer a competitive salary and benefits package as well as opportunities for career growth and development.
