Job Description
- Mix and serve alcoholic beverages based on customer requests.
- Verify the identification and age of customers.
- Prepare and serve drinks.
- Accept payments from customers.
- Clean glasses and bar utensils.
- Balance cash receipts to record sales.
- Greet customers learn about their preferences answer questions recommend menu items and handle basic cleaning duties.
Requirements
- Excellent knowledge of in mixing garnishing and serving drinks
- Computer literacy
- Knowledge of a second language is a plus
- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
- Ability to keep the bar organized stocked and clean
