Job Description
Direct Support Professional: $20.00 (DSP Float / $21.50 per hour)
We are seeking compassionate Direct Support Professionals (DSP) to assist individuals with disabilities; behavioral or medical complexities in our residential programs!
As a Direct Support Professional (DSP) you will support our persons served with activities that focus on increasing their independence. As a Direct Support Professional you will work with the person served to provide coaching supervision and role modeling life skills. The job may also include transportation medication administration meal preparation /or and assistance with personal cares.
To qualify:
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Prefer experience working with persons with intellectual or developmental disabilities.
- Valid Drivers License and consistent access to a vehicle is required
Program Coordinator: $21.50 per hour
As a Residential Program Coordinator (PC) you are the lead Direct Support Professional (DSP). You will help support individuals to live independently by providing direct support and positive direction while promoting selfdetermination independence and goal setting.
In addition you would be responsible for providing onetoone training of staff and assisting with administrative activities. Please note this is not a supervisory role.
To qualify:
- 12 years of experience working with adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Prior experience in caregiving/supported living services preferred.
- 18 years or older
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
Job Coach: $21.60 per hour

As a Job Coach youll play a crucial role in supporting individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities (I/DD) in their career journeys. Job Coaches provide onsite mentorship in the workplace providing personalized oneonone assistance tailored to each clients needs. As a Job Coach you are also acting as a life coach working with individuals on goals and skills to help them become not only more successful and independent at their jobs but in their lives.
Caseload of individuals supported will be located in Beaverton/Hillsboro/Tigard area.
To qualify:
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Prefer experience working with persons with intellectual or developmental disabilities.
- Valid Drivers License and consistent access to a vehicle is required
- 6 months of prior experience working as Job Coach OR 1 year of experience working with individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities
