Job Description

Customer Success Manager/ Account Manager

Were seeking a gregarious individual to ensure that clients are maximising their usage of our clients online intelligence platform. The platform provides datadriven insights analytics advisory services and events for the finance community.

The Role:

  • Manage relationships with assigned customers including onboarding retention and identifying revenue expansion opportunities.

  • Collaborate with leadership to enhance the customer journey.

  • Build and maintain positive customer experiences.

  • Engage with customers to discuss product usage and identify crossselling and upselling opportunities.

  • Regularly share relevant content with customers.

About You:

  • 13 years of experience in Customer Success.

  • Detailoriented and analytical.

  • Energetic confident creative and ambitious.

  • Proficient with CRMs and Microsoft products.

  • Strong communication and presentation skills both written and verbal.

  • Proactive organized and a team player.

Employment Type: flexi working with 3 days in Battersea and 2 days WFH

Salary somewhat open i.e. STE (subject to experience)
