Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Architect (Male) to join our team at Grant Road. The ideal candidate should have expertise in both interior and exterior design and possess strong proficiency in AutoCAD. The role demands an individual with a solid understanding of mathematical calculations as they pertain to architectural design and construction. The candidate must have a background in the construction or real estate industry and be capable of working on projects from conception to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
Create and design innovative architectural plans for both interior and exterior spaces ensuring compliance with building codes safety standards and client preferences.
Prepare detailed architectural drawings using AutoCAD and other relevant design software.
Develop 3D models layouts and renderings of project designs.
Collaborate with other teams (engineering design construction) to integrate all aspects of the project.
Conduct site visits to assess building conditions and ensure designs align with onsite requirements.
Provide mathematical calculations for structural integrity materials and dimensions for the design.
Assist in project management including timelines budgeting and resource allocation.
Ensure that designs meet both aesthetic and functional requirements.
Stay updated with current trends and technologies in architecture and design.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Architecture or related field.
Minimum 34 years of experience in architecture with a focus on interior and exterior design.
Proficiency in AutoCAD SketchUp and other architectural design software.
Strong knowledge of building codes construction standards and design principles.
Experience in mathbased calculations related to construction and architecture.
A background in construction or real estate industry preferred.
Strong attention to detail and excellent problemsolving skills.
Good communication and team collaboration skills.
Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Knowledge of project management software.
Experience with sustainability and green building practices.
