Were now looking for an Event Executive to join our Beauty Portfolio team. In this role you will be involved in both event operation and sales support.
Key responsibilities for this role:
- Compile and update database of lists for Exhibitor Promotion.
- Support sales team to carry on exhibitor promotion activities and materials including organizing side events roadshows etc.
- Work with internal stakeholders and customers to ensure event reports are generated on a timely manner
- Work with Manager to liaise with suppliers to make sure all works are done. Raise ticket for payment and follow up payment schedule to suppliers.
- Support development of the Events strategy and direction through idea generation to enrich the value proposition
- Manage special events/campaigns ensuring a highquality level of delivery in support of the Events strategy and improve overall customer experience
- Continuously develop industry knowledge through internal and external relationships
- Build Event loyalty with customers in understanding both specific and wider market needs feeding trends/ issues back into the Event Manager as input to Event strategy
- Liaise with Sales Marketing and Operations teams to ensure all elements of the Event are in alignment to set up for success
- Negotiate with venues and suppliers for Event specific requirements
- Support Event Manager in overseeing brand strategy escalating any strategic decisions required
- Perform additional responsibilities as assigned towards successful Event delivery
Qualifications :
To be successful in this role you will need to have:
- Bachelors Degree in Business Event Management discipline or equivalent years of practical relevant experience
- Min 1 years of experience in leading/ executing event management
- Ability to collaborate with multiple internal stakeholders and other functions to ensure successful implementation of event
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with followthrough skills and strong presentation skills
- Creative mindset towards designing and desire to develop skills and knowledge
- Possess a knack for multitasking and take pride in flawless work
- Dynamic team player
