JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support the customer service team in providing exceptional service across various channels such as chat and email.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by promptly and effectively resolving customer issues to achieve positive outcomes.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to address customer concerns share insights and contribute to product and service improvements.
- Demonstrate a thorough understanding of the companys products and services offering helpful information and guidance to customers to assist them in making informed purchasing decisions and enhancing their overall experience
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelors degree in business administration marketing or a related field.
- Minimum 23 years of experience in Customer Service specifically within the ecommerce industry
- Strong understanding of customer service principles practices and trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyse data and use insights to drive continuous improvement.
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin with strong language skills both written and verbal.
