Senior UX Designer EXPERIENCE : 6 yrs JOB TYPE : Full Time LOCATION : Pune (WFO) Job Summary: We are looking for a highly skilled Senior UX Designer with over 6 years of experience to lead and deliver exceptional user experiences for our B2C platforms. The ideal candidate will excel in user research interaction design and usability testing while collaborating with crossfunctional teams to create seamless digital experiences. A deep understanding of usercentered design principles and technical proficiency with design tools is essential. Key Responsibilities: User Research Conduct indepth user interviews surveys and usability testing. Analyze user behaviors needs and pain points. Create detailed user personas and journey maps. Wireframing & Prototyping Design lowfidelity wireframes and interactive prototypes. Utilize tools like Figma Sketch Adobe XD or Axure with proficiency. Iterate prototypes based on feedback and testing. Interaction Design (IxD) Create intuitive navigation flows and interaction patterns. Design microinteractions and animations for enhanced usability. Map out information architecture for complex systems. Visual Design Design clean modern and visually appealing interfaces. Demonstrate mastery of typography color theory and layout principles. Maintain consistency through design systems. Usability Testing & Evaluation Organize and conduct usability testing sessions. Synthesize findings into actionable design improvements. Utilize analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics Hotjar) to measure performance. Technical Skills: Design Tools Proficiency in Figma Sketch Adobe XD InVision Axure and Miro. Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator). FrontEnd Tools Understand HTML CSS and JavaScript fundamentals (preferred not mandatory). Collaborate with developers for design handoff using tools like Zeplin. Prototyping Tools Experience with tools like ProtoPie Framer or Principle for advanced prototyping. Soft Skills: Communication Present design concepts and justify decisions to stakeholders. Write clear design documentation and reports. Collaboration Work crossfunctionally with product managers developers and researchers. Mentor junior designers and provide constructive feedback. ProblemSolving Apply design thinking to solve complex user challenges. Balance user needs with business goals. Adaptability Quickly iterate based on feedback and shifting priorities. Stay updated with emerging trends and tools. DomainSpecific Knowledge Experience designing for B2C platforms such as ecommerce SaaS or mobile applications. Familiarity with agile and lean UX methodologies. Knowledge of motion design or advanced animations (optional but valuable).
