• Responsible for installing configuring and maintaining OpenShift Container and Platform (NCP/OCP) (including Operator service mesh storage and network components)
  
• Implement a multicluster OpenShift environment and perform high availability security and disaster recovery
  
• Manage container lifecycle in OpenShift including building deploying scaling and monitoring containers with Kubernetes and Docker
  
• Implement and maintain OpenShift security policies including rolebased access control (RBAC) image registry management and network policies
  
• Troubleshooting container performance issues network challenges and deployment failures
  
• Update to the latest releases of all OpenShift platform deployment variants

• Proficient in Linux administration (Red Hat based distributions)

• Handson experience with Nokia products like NCS/NCP
  
• Scripting and automation skills using Bash Python or other related languages
  
• Experience with migrating applications to containerized environments
  
• Advanced storage technologies such as LVM ISCSI multipathing SAN and NAS Red Hat CEPH storage (ODF)
  
• Advanced OCP networking: bonding bridging switching VLAN configuration etc.
  
• Good handson experience deploying RHOCP on BareMetal servers with external SAN storage based on LLD design
  
• Ability to address issues that arise with each release e.g. Candidates should be familiar with RHOCP specifications with regards to release changes
  
• Kernel and performance tuning: memory I/O tuning queue depth tuning storage tuning at RHCOS level OCP level Improving IOPS etc
  
• Knowledge of middleware services on OCP such as observability stack (monitoring auditing logging) service mesh secret management (Vault)
  
• Backing up and restoring OCP and its workloads
