Job Description
As a Branch Loan Assistant you will manage mortgage documents oversee data collection and coordinate followups with internal teams and third parties. You ll provide vital administrative support work independently with minimal supervision and ensure seamless operations.
Job Overview
Employment Type: FullTime
Shift: Night Shift; Monday Friday 10:00 PM to 07:00 AM (Weekends Off)
Work Setup: Onsite Makati City
Your Daily Tasks
- Handle mortgage documents including tax returns bank statements and mortgage insurance paperwork.
- Manage data collection organize files and conduct followups with internal teams and third parties.
- Provide administrative support to a team of six mortgage professionals.
- Work independently follow clear instructions and complete tasks with minimal supervision.
- Take initiative collaborate effectively and communicate clearly with stakeholders.
- Be techsavvy and proficient in MS Office with a willingness to train on internal tools.
Requirements
The Qualifications We Seek
- Background in US mortgage processes and documentation management.
- At least 1 year of experience handling US mortgage documents including tax returns bank statements and mortgage insurance.
- Strong organizational skills in data collection file management and followups with teams and third parties.
- Proven ability to provide administrative support to ensure seamless operations.
- Ability to work independently follow detailed instructions and meet deadlines without micromanagement.
- Proactive mindset with strong teamwork problemsolving and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and willingness to learn internal mortgage processing tools.
