As part of compliance with the SLAs of HPS Payment Services customers he contributes to the assistance and treatment of incidents reported by the RUN IT teams supervises the Support team and ensures the resolution of incidents with the aim of compliance contractual commitments (deadlines quality cost etc.)
Roles and responsibilities
Ensure the processing of incidents with the aim of their resolution
- Provide support to the RUN L2/N3 team and resolve productionrelated incidents/problems.
- Ensure the analysis of incidents by the RUN IT team and recommend actions to be implemented based on the reported incident
- Ensure the necessary developments to resolve the incident
- Ensure the completion of unit tests and write the documentation corresponding to the modifications made before Put into Production
Ensure compliance with commitments/SLA's
- Ensure compliance with commitments in terms of deadlines and quality of work provided
- Ensure compliance with standards specific to its activity
- Ensure the improvement of your team's indicators in order to improve the quality and image of the company
- Ensure compliance with the development standards chosen by HPS as part of its activity
- Recommend areas for development of procedures specific to maintenance
RUN Team Support
- Assist the RUN team in putting into production
- Validate the RUN/PROJECT team deliverables/procedures during the Rollout
- Assist the RUN team with requests for information/technical business consultation
- Train and support RUN teams
- Validate network enhancements and ensure nonregression tests
Ensure the supervision of Consultants on site with the aim of satisfying the Client
- Ensure task assignment
- Ensure the assignment and monitoring of the management of customer environments
- Ensures the developments carried out in order to resolve the anomaly
- Provide first level support training and develop KPI's
- Carry out onsite support missions
- Ensure the development of junior support engineers
Ensure oncall duty according to schedule with the aim of intervening in the event of intervention needs outside of working hours
- Participate in establishing the oncall schedule
- Ensure intervention in the event of an incident occurring outside working hours
