Tasks
- Were seeking a Senior Backend Engineer with a focus on backend development and databases.
- While technical skills are important we place a higher emphasis on attitude and mindset.

robust solutions.
Requirements
Your Skills and Experiences:
- Develop maintain and optimize backend services with an increasing focus on transitioning from PHP to Rust.
- Work on database management migration and optimization particularly in moving from MariaDB to PostgreSQL.
- Contribute to architectural discussions and longterm technical decisions.
MustHave Qualifications:
- Backend Development: Proficient in PHP and willingness to dive into Rust in the future.
- Databases: Solid understanding of SQL and experience with MariaDB or PostgreSQL (or similar relational databases).
- Paradigms: Experience in TDD UnitTests IntegrationTests CodeCoverage
- Professional
Experience: Proven track record of delivering backend solutions in
production environments with 5 years of experience in similar roles.
NicetoHave Skills:
- Experience leading migrations from one technology stack to another.
- Familiarity with JavaScript and frontend integration.
- Knowledge of Rust
- Experience with GraphQL
