Role and responsibilities
- Analyze and Enhance Systems: Study existing trading system capabilities and design new functionalities.
- Develop Technical Documentation: Create workflow diagrams data flow diagrams traceability matrix and system specifications.
- Gather and Define Requirements: Identify system input processing and output needs ensuring effective system controls.
- Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with engineers algo developers and traders to align system enhancements with business needs.
- Design Market Connectivity Solutions: Implement cuttingedge market connectivity systems.
- Ensure Compliance: Maintain order management processes in line with best execution practices.
- Project Management: Track KPIs plan and coordinate projects and lead operational and steering committee meetings.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in computer science Engineering Finance or Quantitative finance
- Strong financial background related to capital markets payment systems and trust accounting.
- Subject matter expert in business with knowledge or experience utilizing application/system being supported.
- Experience with client and market connectivity products trading execution solutions and application development platforms.
- Strong understanding of investment management operations and business terminology.
- Ability to resolve issues recommend and implement system solutions.
- Skilled in driving project milestones coordinating between teams and providing leadership/mentorship.
- Excellent verbal/written communication presentation organizational and time management skills.
- Python scripting experience a plus
- FIX & Binary Connectivity Protocol knowledge a plus
- Proficiency in network protocols such as TCP & multicast
The salary range for this role is US$90000 US$150000
