About the Role
Were currently looking for aProduct Specialist.. This is a 912 month maternity leave cover from March 2025 with the possibility to move to permanent. In this role youll be working with the largest portfolio amongst our leading Health & Wellness brands.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the development of brand and product strategies.
Conduct market and competitor research to shape buyer personas product features and selling points.
Participate in NPD & brandbuilding projects strategy initiatives performance monitoring (such as sales market share figures competitive reviews) and budget management.
Help craft gotomarket plans and collaborate with PR and marketing teams for successful product launches.
Track and analyze brand performance metrics like sales volumes market share trends and competitor activity (a knack for data would be a huge plus!).
Assist with creating communication strategies and optimizing campaigns; generate postcampaign analysis reports.
Key Requirements:
24 years of experience in brand management NPD management or marketing (corporate or agency experience).
Experience in FMCG skincare or wellness industries will be advantageous.
Goaloriented and selfdriven with a desire to learn from mistakes.
A strong sense of business acumen and an eye for aesthetics copywriting and content creation.
Comfortable working under KPIs and thriving in highpressure environments.
Excellent communication skills and proficiency in both English and Chinese is preferred.
