Job Description
- As payment operations specialist you are responsible for the management of the endtoend payment process including daily payment execution validation and reconciliation.
- You monitor and resolve payment issues to ensure compliance with internal and external standards.
- Furthermore you support the onboarding of new banks and accounts to ensure smooth integration into existing payment processes.
- You identify implement and drive efficiency improvements in payment workflows.
- In addition you ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal controls.
- You provide reporting and analysis on payment metrics and operational performance.
Qualifications :
- Education: Master or Diploma degree in Business Administration Finance or a comparable qualification
- Work Experience and Knowledge: several years of experience in treasury or finance preferably in an international environment; sound experience in payment operations cash management or banking operations in a corporate environment; familiarity with ERP systems and treasury applications especially core Treasury Management Systems (preferably FIS Integrity & Trax); proficiency in handling bank connectivity and troubleshooting payment issues; strong knowledge of global payment systems and formats
- Personality and Working Practice: strong communicator strategical thinker and strong entrepreneurial mindset with an independent reliable process and performanceorientated analytical as well as structured working method
- Languages: excellent written and spoken English and German language skills other language skills beneficial
