Job Description
- As head of treasury you are responsible for the implementation and further development of the treasury strategy and organizational structure.
- You lead develop and coach a team of treasury specialists.
- Furthermore you ensure compliance with treasury guidelines and procedures monitor treasury operations financial markets and risk management activities.
- You analyze the global cash and liquidity situation and derive decisions on the management of overall liquidity debt and investments.
- In addition you design and monitor strategies for all relevant functional areas and report key treasury figures to the CFO.
- You advice and support the units in all treasury matters.
Qualifications :
- Education: Master or Diploma degree in Business Administration and/or Economics with a focus on finance and treasury; advanced degree is an advantage
- Work Experience: several years of experience in corporate treasury cash management liquidity planning treasury operations and managing employees in a finance organization; vast experience in risk management financial markets and treasury operations; profound experience in managing cash and liquidity in a multinational corporation
- Knowledge: indepth understanding of treasury IT infrastructure and its support of treasury business processes in daily operations; ability to strategically plan and implement treasury strategies and organizational structures; strong skills in advising and supporting legal entities globally in treasury matters
- Personality and Working Practice: strong communicator strategical thinker and strong entrepreneurial mindset with an independent responsible process and performanceorientated analytical as well as structured working method
- Languages: excellent written and spoken English and German language skills other language skills beneficial
