Your mission
As our Chief of Staff youll play a critical leadership role in shaping the future of PartsCloud. Partnering directly with our founders and leadership team youll drive strategic decisionmaking operational excellence and crossfunctional alignment to ensure the companys vision is realized. Your work will span across strategy operations partnerships and organizational growth positioning you as a trusted advisor and key driver of impactful initiatives.
This role is designed for a leader who can think strategically act decisively and thrive in a fastpaced highgrowth environment. What Youll Be Working On
Strategic Leadership:
- Act as a strategic thought partner to the founders providing insights and recommendations on business priorities product roadmap and scaling strategies.
- Collaborate on longterm planning structure and execute key strategies and take a handson role in driving these initiatives forward as if you were a founder yourself ensuring alignment and impact across leadership meetings and companywide efforts.Operational Excellence:
- Oversee and optimize key operational processes to ensure efficiency and scalability.
- Lead and execute highstakes projects across departments ensuring alignment with the companys goals.CrossFunctional Coordination:
- Facilitate collaboration across teams ensuring priorities are aligned communication is streamlined and initiatives are executed seamlessly.
- Serve as a bridge between leadership and the broader team ensuring transparency and clarity in decisionmaking.Stakeholder Management:
- Build and nurture relationships with key external stakeholders including partners investors and advisors.
- Support fundraising efforts and contribute to investor communications and strategy.Organizational Development:
- Identify and address organizational challenges driving initiatives that foster a highperformance culture and employee engagement.
- Mentor and coach team members ensuring professional growth and alignment with the companys vision.

Is This You
You have 58 years of experience in strategy consulting startups or other highpressure environments with a proven track record of leading and executing complex initiatives. Known for your structured problemsolving and strategic thinking you excel at turning ambiguity into clear actionable outcomes. Your exceptional communication skills enable you to influence stakeholders across all levels effectively. Datadriven and precise you leverage analytical tools to guide decisionmaking.
