Civil Engineer Travel to Job Sites
Location: Remote with Travel to Client Sites
Salary: $80000 $100000 per year

We are seeking a Civil Engineer to join our team where you will play a key role in the planning design and execution of construction projects. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys both technical engineering work and fieldwork as you will frequently travel to client sites to oversee project progress troubleshoot challenges and ensure successful implementation.
Responsibilities
Design plan and oversee civil engineering projects from concept to completion.
Travel to client sites to conduct inspections monitor construction progress and address engineering challenges.
Collaborate with project managers surveyors and construction teams to ensure designs align with realworld conditions.
Conduct site assessments feasibility studies and engineering analyses to support project development.
Ensure all work complies with local state and federal regulations safety standards and environmental requirements.
Use AutoCAD Civil 3D and other engineering software to develop designs layouts and technical drawings.
Work closely with contractors and suppliers to confirm material selections and project requirements.
Prepare and present technical reports project documentation and recommendations to stakeholders.
Identify and solve onsite engineering challenges to keep projects on track.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
3 years of experience in civil engineering construction or infrastructure projects.
Willingness to travel at least 50% of the time to job sites as needed.
Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles construction methods and materials.
Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and other design and analysis software.
Excellent problemsolving and criticalthinking skills with a proactive approach to challenges.
Strong communication and teamwork abilities to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
Knowledge of construction codes regulations and safety standards.
A Professional Engineer (PE) license or the ability to obtain one is preferred but not required.
