Requirements

  • Must have served in U.S. Army U.S. Navy U.S. Marine Corps U.S. Air Force U.S. Coast Guard U.S. Space Force U.S. Reserves or U.S. National Guard.

  • Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration Education or a related field; engineering or manufacturing experience is a plus.

  • 3 years of experience in training workforce development or a similar role preferably in a manufacturing setting.

  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes machinery and safety standards.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and motivate employees.

  • Experience with HR Learning Management Systems (LMS) or other training tools is a plus.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint).

Preferred Skills:

  • Certification in training or instructional design (e.g. CPTD APTD or similar).

  • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing Six Sigma or other process improvement practices.
