What You ll Do:
Coordinate schedule and plan crosscollaborative meetings trainings and events maintaining documentation to support organizational needs.
Conduct audits to ensure compliance accuracy and completion of employee records.
Collaborate with leaders vendors and community partners to define create and execute learning and workforce development strategies.
Work with leadership and HR to assess and align talent management strategies with organizational goals.
Analyze workforce trends to identify areas for continuous improvement.
Implement succession planning initiatives and highpotential employee development programs.
Lead initiatives to enhance employee skills and competencies supporting performance management frameworks that promote a highperformance culture.
Update onboarding processes and cofacilitate new hire orientation to ensure a smooth transition for new employees.
Monitor and assess the effectiveness of training programs through metrics evaluations and feedback.
Collaborate with leadership to assess organizational effectiveness and drive change management initiatives.
Adapt to changing business needs in a fastpaced environment.
Prepare and submit HRrelated reports files and data analytics as requested.
Stay proactive in learning new skills and acquiring knowledge in workforce development aligning with industry trends.
Assist in developing and implementing talent management strategies to identify attract and retain highpotential employees.
Foster a workplace environment focused on diversity equity and inclusion.

Must have served in U.S. Army U.S. Navy U.S. Marine Corps U.S. Air Force U.S. Coast Guard U.S. Space Force U.S. Reserves or U.S. National Guard.
Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field; HR Certification (e.g. SHRMCP PHR) is a plus.
3 years of experience in a Human Resources role with a focus on talent management learning and development or organizational development.
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
Strong interpersonal skills with great attention to detail.
Project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Analytical skills to interpret and analyze data for strategic recommendations.
Ability to build relationships and influence at all organizational levels.
Proficiency in HRIS systems and HR Learning Management Systems (LMS) or other training technologies.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint).
Full Time
