Requirements


  • Must have served in U.S. Army U.S. Navy U.S. Marine Corps U.S. Air Force U.S. Coast Guard U.S. Space Force U.S. Reserves or U.S. National Guard.

  • Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field; HR Certification (e.g. SHRMCP PHR) is a plus.

  • 3 years of experience in a Human Resources role with a focus on talent management learning and development or organizational development.

  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.

  • Strong interpersonal skills with great attention to detail.

  • Project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

  • Analytical skills to interpret and analyze data for strategic recommendations.

  • Ability to build relationships and influence at all organizational levels.

  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and HR Learning Management Systems (LMS) or other training technologies.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint).
