Requirements


  • Must have served in U.S. Army U.S. Navy U.S. Marine Corps U.S. Air Force U.S. Coast Guard U.S. Space Force U.S. Reserves or U.S. National Guard.
  • Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Supply Chain Management Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in sourcing and procurement.
  • Experience in facility construction is highly desirable.
  • Expertise in sourcing battery components such as cathode electrolyte anode material separator structural parts aluminum foil and copper foil preferred.
  • Proven track record in supplier relationship management negotiation and cost optimization.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make datadriven decisions.
  • Excellent interpersonal collaboration and communication skills; Mandarin proficiency and familiarity with Chinese culture are a plus.
  • Proficiency in procurement and supply chain management software and tools.
  • Ability to travel internationally.
