Are you a strategic thinker with expertise in manufacturing IT systems and architecture We are seeking a highly skilled IT Manufacturing Systems Architect to design and implement cuttingedge solutions that enhance scalability security and efficiency across enterprise manufacturing infrastructure. This role is critical in driving digital manufacturing initiatives aligning IT architecture with business objectives and fostering innovation through emerging technologies such as Industry 4.0 IIoT and AI/ML.

What You ll Do:
Strategic IT Manufacturing Architecture:
- Define design develop implement and manage IT architecture and solutions for manufacturing systems ITOT integration security and enterprise system connectivity.
- Ensure alignment of manufacturing IT architecture with overall IT enterprise strategy.
- Focus on digital manufacturing automation IIoT Industry 4.0 and AI/ML solutions.
- Work closely with senior executives SMEs and business stakeholders to understand and implement architectural requirements.
Technology Leadership & Innovation:
- Provide leadership in resolving interprogram and interproject IT manufacturing challenges.
- Lead the architectural design development and deployment of comprehensive solutions across multiple domains.
- Drive proofofconcept initiatives to evaluate new technology stacks and manufacturing IT trends.
- Evaluate existing manufacturing IT systems for continuous optimization and improvement.
Security & Compliance:
- Implement best practices for OT cybersecurity and ITOT convergence.
- Ensure all manufacturing IT solutions comply with industry standards and security frameworks.
- Drive IT governance (ARB) with key IT and business stakeholders.
Collaboration & Vendor Management:
- Work with vendors to accelerate IT manufacturing initiatives.
- Integrate MES & ERP systems to streamline enterprise workflows.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure technology solutions meet business and compliance needs.

Requirements
Qualifications:
- Must have served in U.S. Army U.S. Navy U.S. Marine Corps U.S. Air Force U.S. Coast Guard U.S. Space Force U.S. Reserves or U.S. National Guard.
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field (Master s degree preferred).
- 7 years of experience in a Manufacturing IT architect role (10 years in manufacturing systems).
- 5 years of experience implementing SCADA & PLC platforms.
- Experience with ITOT integration OT cybersecurity and IIoT use cases.
- Handson expertise integrating MES and ERP systems.
- Proven track record in IT architecture IT strategy and consulting.
- Familiarity with enterprise architecture frameworks (Zachman TOGAF preferred).
- Proficiency in cloud technologies (AWS Azure) and virtualization.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and best practices.
- Experience in largescale transformation engagements and modern IT deployments.
- Strong analytical problemsolving and communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate crossfunctionally and drive consensus in IT decisions.
