Key Responsibilities:
1. Research Project Management & Delivery
Lead and oversee multiple research projects ensuring timely and highquality deliverables.
Define project scope objectives research methodologies and execution plans.
Conduct hypothesis building model mapping and data validation.
Perform sanity checks proofreading and develop strategic recommendations.
Ensure alignment of deliverables with client expectations.
Maintain communication with clients throughout the project lifecycle incorporating feedback for refinement.
2. Client Engagement & Business Development
Conduct presales/postsales client meetings and presentations.
Develop compelling client proposals including RFPs and tenders for government bodies.
Identify opportunities for upselling and crossselling research solutions.
Pitch research findings to prospective clients and generate repeat business.
Build strong client relationships to ensure longterm partnerships.
3. Team Leadership & Development
Build and manage a highperforming team of Research Associates Analysts and Senior Analysts.
Oversee daytoday operations ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
Provide mentorship skill enhancement and career development opportunities.
Conduct regular performance evaluations and implement improvement strategies.
Foster a positive work culture encouraging collaboration and innovation.
4. Research Innovation & Best Practices
Integrate industry best practices into research methodologies.
Leverage advanced analytics automation and datadriven insights for superior outcomes.
Introduce innovative techniques for data collection analysis and reporting.
Participate in industry conferences and stay updated on market trends.
5. Hiring & Talent Acquisition Support
Participate in the recruitment process to identify and onboard top talent.
Conduct interviews to assess candidates on analytical logical and communication skills.
Ensure hiring aligns with organizational needs and future growth objectives.

Client Satisfaction & Delivery: Ensure highquality research outputs achieving client satisfaction.

Qualifications & Skills Required:
Bachelor s/Master s degree in Business Economics Marketing or a related field.
37 years of experience in Market Research Consulting or Business Strategy.
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with expertise in research methodologies.
Excellent client handling presentation and business development capabilities.
Proven leadership skills with experience in managing teams.
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office CRM tools and data analytics platforms.
