Strong bilingual proficiency in JLPT N3 qualified or better

Ability to hold business conversations with Japan Leadership and Japanese Clients

Ability to generate deliverables in Japanese

Strong skillset level with F&A Reporting and Analytics

Strong technical understanding:

oSAP S4HANA (Mandatory)

oSAP FICO (Preferable) or

oSAP BW BI BO SAC SF etc. (Preferable)

o1 years’ experience of working on S4HANA

o2 years’ experience of working on SAP FICO/PS etc.

o4 years’ experience in Finance Technology relevant projects

Support delivery of large complex reporting framework implementations as a

strong Finance Functional consultant across PreImplementation Implementation and

PostImplementation Phases

Good analytical and problemsolving skills with an aptitude to learn quickly

Excellent communication interpersonal and presentation skills

Crosscultural competence with an ability to thrive in a dynamic consulting

environment
