AHRC NYC is seeking a Team Leader for their Critical Time Intervention (CTI) Program . The CTI Team leader is a licensed mental health professional who will work to connect individuals with community supports and resources to ensure continuity of care stability and social integration. They will monitor progress and address any barriers that may arise to help individuals adjust and ensure longterm stability and success. The CTI team leader will conduct weekly meetings and ensure that the program is following CTI program standards. This will include working with certified trainers or staff of the Center for the Advancement of Critical Time Intervention (CACTI).

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
The overall responsibility of the CTI Team Leader is to ensure supervision and training of CTI staff and that the CTI model is followed. Responsible for leading the CTI team and ensuring quality of interventions as well as regulatory compliance.
- Setting up systems for the team and ensuring that all team members are trained on the CTI model
- Conduct weekly team meetings
- Coordinate weekly case presentations
- Ensure continuity between fieldwork and meetings
- Ensure that entire caseloads are reviewed at minimum once a month
- Promote fidelity to the CTI model and a trauma informed care approach
- Monitor quality of documentation
- Update resource lists
- Monitor phase dates
- Manage the weighted caseload for CTI staff
- Ensure that data is entered and reviewed into EHR and regularly reviewed in order to track teams performance and effectiveness
- Performs additional duties as needed
Qualifications :
- Licensed Mental Health clinician licensed psychologist LCSW LMHC
- Experiencing in supervising staff required
- Prior CTI experience strongly preferred
- Experience working with people with both I/DD and psychiatric disorders strongly preferred
- Must have ability to plan organize develop and implement program policies and procedures in a timely and consistent manner.
- Ability to deal diplomatically with personnel guests family members visitors government agencies and the public.
- Ability to make decisions independently and to react to unanticipated events in a prudent and timely manner.
- Ability to be patient enthusiastic and confident when interacting with people supported by the program understanding the psychosocial and cognitive levels at which they are functioning.
- Valid New York State drivers license in good standing and safe driving history with no or infrequent violations/suspensions/revocations preferred.
- Must be willing to travel within five boroughs of New York City.
