Job Description
Position Summary
This role is key in providing quality support for operational teams ensuring standard requirements are exceeded within the Falun Factory and our office in Bergen Norway. This person will be responsible for the fulfilment of ISO9001 at both sites and will work closely with Operations Engineering and Sales/RSS. Together with our Supply Chain Management you will lead the Supplier Quality work and improvements.
The Opportunity
Reporting to the Plant Manager you will be responsible for on time manufacturing of highquality products through inspiring and guiding the team carefully planning and executing tasks and continuously enhancing employee performance. This role plays a key role in maintaining positive employee relations facilitating training and ensuring a safe work environment.
This role would suit a person who is able to make strong decisions under pressure and inspires teams through motivational engagement. The role is multisite covering both Sweden (80%) and Norway (20%) with placement in Falun.
Experience Requirements
- 5 years experience leading Quality within a manufacturing engineered product
- Experience working within or alongside the CNC Machining sector
- Detailed understanding of ISO9001 requirements and principles
- Strong understanding of various quality tools and methodologies
- Good knowledge of processes including HS&E best practice
- Demonstrated application of Lean/Continuous improvement tools in manufacturing

- Able to balance the shortterm focus on results with longerterm interests
- Adaptable and able to cope with the unexpected manage problems
- Strong problem solving to develop customer and business focused results
- Good communication skills in Swedish and English
