Job Description

 Your role as a Business Development Specialist

As a Business Development Specialist you will independently manage and drive the growth of the Public Address and Voice Alarm systems product category of the division 4EVAC within Bosch Energy and Building Solutions B.V. In this role you will report to the Business Line Manager.

You will engage in regular customer interactions both via video calls and facetoface meetings.

Your primary focus will be on building strong customer relationships and identifying new business opportunities to expand market presence. 50% new business and 50% existing clients.

Attend trade shows and industry events to represent the company promote products and strengthen the brands visibility.

Support customers by providing quotations conducting product training and preparing technical configurations tailored to their needs.

Provide basic technical and commercial support ensuring customer satisfaction and seamless project execution.

Work closely with the Inside Sales Engineer to deliver optimal results.

 

 Your tasks

In addition to visiting existing and new clients for Bosch you will undertake the following activities:

  • Talk with customers in videocall or face to face
  • Develop Business
  • Make Customer calls
  • Make quotations
  • Make trainings for customers
  • Prepare technical configurations for customers
  • Attend trade shows and fairs
  • Basic technical support for customers
  • Commercial support for customers

Qualifications :

 What you offer

  1. Bachelor in Sales/Business Marketing.
  2. 3 5 years of experience in a sales or business development role
  3. (preferably within the professional audio electronics fire evacuation or security industries).
  4. Strong business and marketing background with a proven ability to grow and maintain customer networks.
  5. Willing to travel 80% (3 weeks a month) within Northern Europe and therefore living within The Netherlands or at maximum 3 hours drive from the Netherlands.
  6. You speak fluent English and preferably German. Any other language nice to have.
  7. You are commercial easy going professional and you are proactive.
