Cathelco is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Business Relationship Manager (BRM) to join our dynamic team. This role focuses on maintaining and enhancing relationships with our Customers Agents and Distributors to drive market share revenue and profitability. Purpose of the Role

As a BRM you will:

  • Handle and nurture existing relationships with Customers Agents and Distributors.
  • Enhance customer satisfaction through exceptional service and effective case handling.
  • Drive growth in market share revenue and profitability.
  • Manage key customer accounts critical to Cathelcos success.
  • Maximise opportunities through collaboration with Agents Distributors and the Business Development Manager (BDM) team.
  • Consistently deliver and exceed set targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee designated geographical territories segments and key accounts (subject to business strategy).
  • Prepare price issue and follow up on system and retrofit quotes with technical assistance.
  • Negotiate and convert quotes into orders ensuring efficient order processing.
  • Manage quote quantities backlog and hit rates.
  • Monitor and achieve targets for gross margin percentages and values.
  • Promote upselling and crossselling of products and services.
  • Generate forecast and manage the sales pipeline.
  • Maintain high levels of satisfaction among customers and representatives.

Required Competencies and Skills

  • A winning Cando attitude with energy drive and selfmotivation.
  • Strong customercentric mindset prioritising customer agent and distributor satisfaction.
  • Experience:
    • 3 years managing multiple Agent Distributor and Direct customer accounts.
    • 3 years in technical sales of engineered systems preferably within the maritime industry.
  • Willing to support with sporadic business travel
