Supports the Brand Marketing team with turning data into compelling insights which are actionable and relevant and ensures these insights are addressed through adequate ideas and plans.
When focusing on the younger segment of the target group monitors the consumers perception about brand and products in social media.
Sustains or strengthens the brand part of the trial and awareness study; past 4 week/12 month consumption awareness and brand salience.
Brand Management
Supports and contributes the brand part of projects of marketing peers as well as on/off premise and trade marketing.
Always has the consumer and brand eye in every single project and ensures we talk to the consumer in the most effective and efficient way with a strong focus on digital and social media while ensuring that all the communication stays within the brand equity.
Advertising and Cartoon Creative
Supports the Brand Marketing Team in creating branding creativity and through the line communication for specific marketing projects in strong collaboration with the respective marketing functions.
Supports the Brand Marketing team with managing the creative agency.
Supports Brand Team in the production of Cartoon Creative and Marketing Campaigns in an Omnichannel approach (eg. GDO Vending ATL BTL eComm ).
Consumer Activation
Supports the Brand Marketing team in the ideation and realization of consumer activation including concept idea creation of digital assets and pos materials support for the ideation and creation of paid earned managed owned media plan in collaboration with other peers.
Supports the creation and implementation of POS materials to communicate the consumer activation working together with trade marketing.
Qualifications :
You are a university student or young worker.
You have good knowledge of FMCG brand marketing landscape.
You have initial practical experience in understanding of competitor activity and consumer behaviour in a brand and FMCG context.
You are characterized by excellent communication skills analytical ability commercial acumen and interpersonal skills.
Flexible and unconventional thinking as well as very good Office skills.
And last but not least high standard of integrity with a passion for the brand and commitment to Red Bull values.
Bachelors Degree in Marketing or current University Student.
English language: written and spoken.
