Job Description

Working hours are Monday Friday 9am5pm.

This is a hybrid working position.

As a Junior IT Business Analyst  you will assist in identifying and analyzing business needs and processes to help implement IT solutions that enhance organizational performance. You will work closely with senior analysts IT teams and business stakeholders to gather requirements create documentation and ensure successful project delivery.

This role is ideal for someone eager to build their skills in IT and business analysis in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilites:

  • Assist in gathering documenting and analysing business requirements from stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to design and implement IT solutions.
  • Help identify opportunities for process improvements through technology.
  • Support senior analysts in the preparation of functional specifications reports and presentations.
  • Contribute to the testing and quality assurance of IT systems including user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Analyse data and create reports to support decisionmaking.
  • Ensure IT projects align with business objectives and client needs.
  • Maintain clear and effective communication between business users and IT teams.
  • Provide postimplementation support including troubleshooting and user training.

Qualifications :

  • Educated to degree level in either Information Technology Business Administration or a related field.
  • Basic understanding of business analysis concepts and IT systems.
  • Familiarity with business process mapping requirements gathering and documentation techniques.
  • Strong problemsolving and analytical skills.
  • Good communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to nontechnical users.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in crossfunctional teams.
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile Waterfall) is an advantage but not essential.
  • Familiarity with data analysis tools and software (Excel SQL etc.) is beneficial.
