Job Description
Assisting the Treasury Management team in the provision of property management accounting services for our occupier clients. Providing support to the Team Leader and Client Accountants in the daytoday management of our clients portfolios liaising with Tenants and Landlords.
- General administrative duties that include filing using our electronic filing system along with any other tasks that may be required from another team member
- Maintaining the Property Management database (Tramps)
- Updating our invoice scanning solution (Alusta)
- Reconciling rent/service charge invoices received against Tramps
- Daily monitoring of Occupier Services clients email accounts and dealing with queries arising from these emails
- Dealing with tenants and landlords and responding to their queries via telephone and/or email
- Working closely with London and regionalbased surveying colleagues
- Always representing the Company in a professional and clientfocused manner.
Qualifications :
Ideally educated to ALevel.
