Job Description

Were seeking a talented individual to join our Transaction Services team in London which is responsible for providing clients with first class service in regards to all aspects of endtoend financial due diligence financial modelling and reporting accountant engagements. Our wide range of exciting clients are drawn from a variety of different industry sectors.

As Senior Manage your responsibilities will include among others:

  • Taking ownership for project management and reporting on small and medium size engagements
  • Day to day contact for the client during the assignment
  • Preparation of budgets and management of WIP and negotiation of fees
  • Delegation and oversight of work to junior staff reviewing and challenging their output
  • Preparing pitch documents
  • Driving the development and execution of business development initiatives

Qualifications :

To be successful in this role you should have

  • A relevant professional qualification for example Chartered Accountant or Corporate Finance Diploma
  • Transaction Services experience of 3 years gained within a professional services or boutique practice
  • Experience of financial due diligence including a history of providing these in a range of sectors
  • Experience of business development activities including building and developing relationships drafting and presenting proposals
  • An ability to generate contacts within the industry and a willingness to develop such contacts.
  • To have a broader perspective of potential issues encountered when managing diverse teams and the strategies to overcome them
